This morning we were supposed to sleep in, but we learned that most of us are early risers naturally- unfortunately. We had an opportunity to help out some volunteers who showed up to do work around the church. We cleaned up bush trimmings and helped with general yard work while others did dishes and prepared breakfast. Mrs. Nancy headed up a delicious meal of breakfast tacos, fruit, pancakes, and bacon. After breakfast we had free time until linner(lunch/dinner). Next we headed to St. Phillip’s Presbyterian Church for our second musical performance. There was a great crowd of kids who got their face painted- and even some adults too. The night concluded with ice cream sundaes. And God saw that it was good. It was evening; it was morning, Day 2.
